    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just assumed that my BT Cloud was working in the background but I recently opened the site and nothing has been backed up for the last 6 months.&amp;nbsp; It is now giving me constant error messages when trying to synch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any solution to this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
