Parental controls not blocking as expected

Hello,

The parental controls for my broadband connection is not blocking anything.

I was looking at some posts related to this, and I tried to disable and re-enable, the issue still persists.

Can anyone help to resolve this please?

Hi @mgpatel80 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see your parental controls are not working as intended.

Is this happening on all devices? If so are you using Apple devices with Private Wi-Fi Address or Private Relay features enabled?

You also need to ensure that you are using BT DNS settings if these have been changed.
