    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had already fine that but it didn’t merge account fully . I got through to home tech and seems ok however new problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opted out of btwifi BUT the bt wifi is still showing as activated on the hub and do others can connect to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I deactivate it on hub so it is properly opted out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MyBt won’t show my extra account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an extra account just for broadband but it doesn’t show in MyBt home page so I can’t opt out of bt wifi on new account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/mybt" target="_blank"&gt;MyBT &lt;/A&gt;in a browser and log in using your BT ID username and password.&lt;BR /&gt;Click on Your details and then Account.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll down the page and you'll find the Add an account link. ...&lt;BR /&gt;Follow the steps on the page to add an account.&lt;/P&gt;
