Daniel (or anyone else!),

I have the same issue here - trying to opt back in but having no joy with the 'Manage BT wifi' page as it just keeps refreshing after I 'tick the box' (same issue as others had). Has there been any update since your March message? Really just looking for a way to opt back in and finding it much harder than it really should be.

Thanks for the quick response Stuart. I can usually 'get there' within the MyBT page for whatever it is I need doing. It's on this Manage BT Wifi page where it appears to be caught in a loop and won't do what it's supposed to do. I saw the private message and have sent you over the requested details. Many thanks - you're saving me a phone call to Tech Support!

Its been like that for months, BT don't seem to want to fix it and would rather the mods waste their precious time carrying out a task that the user should be able to accomplish themselves.
