Can I download my BT cloud content in one go ?

I will be leaving BT shortly as my BB provider, I will need to download my content that is on the BT cloud,

Is it possible to download the whole lot , as one, rather than having to select folders and subfolders individually.

Two methods :

1) Use Selective Download, at as high a level as your Backup settings will allow - search this Forum for how .

2) In the Desktop app click on the 'Download from Cloud' icon. This is the easier method, but might not be as stable for a large number of files.
