My BT Page not showing new account number

Hi, Ive just got BT fibre, and BT TV. ive a couple of questions, I want to access my new account from the MY BT page, but the new account number doesn't appear in the drop down list. I need to merge my Premium Email account, and activate my xbox game pass. I have been with bt a few times and have a few old account numbers. can anybody help me please!

Hi @Markevans135,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you have old accounts linked to your BT account it can complicate things when trying to add a new BT account number. If you send me your details, I'll be able to give you a hand getting those old accounts removed.
