Norton antivirus says Samsung Galaxy tab a android 11 not compatible

When I follow link from either QR code or email and go to Norton to install antivirus software, it says software is not compatible. Tablet is running android 11 so should be fine.

See link and sub links about how get and install Norton. Try not using the QR code or a link within an email. Get it via your MyBT.

Seems that Samsung Galaxy tab a has McAfee pre installed, though there is no McAfee icon. That seems to be reason it won't install.

The McAfee App may be pre installed but it shouldn't be activated unless you have set it up.

If it is not activated just fined the app and uninstall it.
