X Box Ultimate Game Pass Code not received

I have recently upgraded my Broadband package which came with 12mths Ultimate Game Pass. I have followed the instructions on the email but when I click "Add Now" it takes me through to a Mircosoft log in page, which when I log in asks for a code? I have not been given a code? Where do I get the code?

Hi @Samba3333, welcome to the forum and sorry you're unable to claim the Game Pass.

When you select 'Add Now' from the 'Your Offers' section do you get a message on the next screen to say 'Add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for £10 a month contract free, and don't pay for the first 12 months.'?

Yes. It then takes me to the Microsoft log on page
