Xbox game pass code

I have logged into “my BT”, clicked on “add on” Xbox game pass, entered Microsoft email.
It now asks for “25 character pass code”.

where do I find/get the 25 character code.?

Hi @273gar, sorry you're having trouble claiming your Game Pass.
When you select 'Add Now' from the 'Your Offers' section do you get a message on the next screen to say 'Add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for £10 a month contract free, and don't pay for the first 12 months.'?

Hi John,

No is the short answer

after clicking “add on” it opened another page and asked for my Microsoft email, which I entered (my sons one for Xbox).
After that it opens another page and asks for the 25 character code.

Iv tried clicking add on again but it just goes straight to the page asking for 25 character code now (doesn’t as for Microsoft email)

Hi @273gar,

It sounds like you've done all right so far.

You click on the Content Partners section and add now. It takes you to a new BT page where you add now again and continue to log into your chosen Microsoft account. It then takes you to this page which has a prefilled code:

In that box, it should automatically include your code. Do you have strict cookies or pop ups disabled? Could you try and claim it on another device perhaps?

thank you for your reply.

I have called BT and they now say I have to wait 14 days for an activation code (which I don’t believe) incase I cancel my order in that time.!!

I used my iPad, but what you say makes sense and I will try with my PC when I get home.

Thank you for your advice,

it worked…

I logged into “myBT” on the laptop, filled in the same info, and the 25 character code was there.

It would seem that for whatever reason the iPad wouldn’t show the code, but there it was, clear as day on the laptop.
