Can someone help me opt in to BT Wifi?

I have tried clicking on the link online and nothing happens.

If you are a BT Broadband or BT Mobile customer you should be automatically opted in.

I am a BT broadband customer but it says not opted in on my router and the BT Wi-Fi app

There have been a few reports of it not working.

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They will advise you by posting on this thread.

Are BT intending to fix this problem or is it just being swept under the carpet and leaving it to the mods to sort individual cases? It has been a problem for months, ridiculous!!

Yes, for you personally by mod intervention, but not generally by the website.

Sorry you're having problems opting in to the WiFi. Are you seeing any specific error messages? Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?

When I check the box to opt-in, it does a loading screen, but then doesn't apply anything.

Hi, yes, I accessed that page in MyBT account under products section after signing in with my BT ID.
