&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that it hasn't passed the management back to Microsoft.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When this happens, we have to get you in touch with our Xbox team who have weekly calls with Microsoft.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They will then work with Microsoft to get this fixed for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm going to send you a private message so that one of my team can pick this up, get in touch with you and then send this across to our Xbox team.&lt;/P&gt;
