BT Cloud no longer

Hi, Is there any chance I could gain access to my old BT Cloud after leaving BT in May in order to download my files ?

I did not read or see anything stating that account would be deleted after so many days and to be honest I had all forgot about the BT Cloud account until one day I changed my phone and had to setup new Apps when I saw BT Cloud App I thought I need to access some important files and photos only to find my account has been deleted.

Feeling I lost sentimental photos is hard to comprehend 😔

If so I don't think you'll be able to get that back as the policy is:

15. When the service ends

a. After the date the service ends you'll have 60 days to retrieve any data. After 60 days the data will be destroyed.

It was May or June 2022 but I don't recall having a notice to retrieve my Data

It was on your 'Sorry to see you leave' email/letter when you ceased the broadband, along with all other benefits/services for having BT broadband.
