parental control setting

Hi, everyone, I tried to set up the parental control and received the confirmation email from BT, however, it is doesn't work, and I still can access the prohibited website, I have phoned and discussed with customer service over 20 minutes but it cannot fix, please help . Thank you so much.

Have you tried accessing the site on a different device or after restarting your device since the controls were set up.

Hi, thanks for your help, but it still not function after reset the phone of my wife and mine .😟
