Can't add xbox live gold pass to GPU subscription

hi,

I have free 6 months Game Pass Ultimate sub from BT which runs out in October. We use xbox cloud gaming.

I bought a 3 months xbox Live Gold pass code but when I try to add it to my MS account via MS website, it reports

The BT GPU subscription is set not to auto renew in October, and I wanted to use above Live Gold pass to extend GPU until Xmas by 50 days. (3 mths live Gold = 50 days GPU).

Is there a way of adding the Live Gold pass?

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

Sorry for the problems you had adding the 3 month Xbox Gold pass code. You'll need to wait until the Game Pass Ultimate subscription with us expires. I see you've mentioned that you've set it not to auto renew in October so after that you'll be able to add the 3 month Xbox Live Gold pass code.
