Xbox pass code not received

I do not think I have received a code to be able to redeem six months pass for my son’s Xbox. Any ideas?

Have you searched forum and read the numerous similar post to yours and tried the solutions

Thanks. Yes I have had a look and it seems that the solution was answered privately in most cases.

Has your first bill been paid. Are you checking MYBT using pc/laptop web browser not app
