Content partner section for Xbox game pass

Hi, I recently got BT broadband installed and received 6 months Xbox game pass free.

I cant seem to redeem the offer due to the fact I’ve had a BTID with the same email address from EE when I had BT Sports with them.

Can someone remove the old account so I can redeem the Xbox game pass?
