    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a lot of data in BT Cloud which I have not been able to access for at least the past 24 hours and I have realised that my backups have not uploaded for some time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an issue with Cloud?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click on All my Files, then a Repository I can drill down through folders but not to underlying files.&amp;nbsp; I just get a message "We are experiencing some technical difficulties.&amp;nbsp; Please try again later."&amp;nbsp; HELP!&amp;nbsp; I need a couple of files urgently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your post and welcome back!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems you're having with BT Cloud. &amp;nbsp;We'd be happy to help however it'll take us a few days to get back to you as we deal with cases in turn as we receive them. &amp;nbsp;Try giving my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 to speak with one of our guides today.&lt;/P&gt;
