    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing great difficulty in logging onto my BT Cloud area.&amp;nbsp; On a laptop I have tried Chrome and Edge.&amp;nbsp; On a smartphone I have tried chrome and samsung's browser. On a tablet I have tried chrome. Finally, I have tried access on the phone with wi-fi switched off.&amp;nbsp; The results of all are the same:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'&lt;STRONG&gt;mapi.robt.bt.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;took too long to respond'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has only been like this recently - my last successful access was about a week/10 days ago (mid August).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the BT Cloud App on smartphone and &lt;STRONG&gt;can&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;access the information, so it's definitely there.&amp;nbsp; However the phone App is essentially read-only and I am unable to 'manage' the files, libraries and public keys which I have set up.&amp;nbsp; I have always done this via my laptop.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
