Xbox pass code not populating.

I changed up to Halo3 in July & have yet to be able to access this code. I finally got the email last week but the code will not populate. Spoken to customer care soooo many times, given so many reasons all conflicting, only to be told today I have to wait till the 14 day cooling off period ends.

getting dizzy from going round & round.

do you have more than 1 BT account number as that causes problems and needs help to fix

Miracles do happen! BT XBox guy (apparently there’s only 2!) just called.
my problem is I’m using Apple devices. He needs to get a code from Microsoft.
