I had 8 months remaining on my xbox game pass subscription with Microsoft. Today I redeemed my free 6 months from BT broadband and this has overridden my previous subscription rather than adding to it so now I only have 6 months sub, instead of 14, or worst case scenario 8? How can this be possible can someone please help.?

I am sorry for the confusion from adding the 6 month free Xbox Game Pass offer with us. Although the pass now shows 6 months, you will not lose the months you had before redeeming the pass. Once the 6 months drops off, you'll have the months remaining that you had before redeeming the pass.
