GamePass Shows Cancelled

Hi I had Gamepass for a 12 month free with my package, it should expire 13/01/2024 but on xbox is showing cancelled. I have called BT on 3 occasions but my problem still exists. It was even suggested by one of BT representatives that if I renewed my contract for another 24 months the problem would sort itself out, and I would also get another 12 months game pass which would take me to October 24. This has not cured my problem. I have been without game pass since last Wednesday, when it should be part of my contract. I have also called Microsoft who tell me it hasn't been renewed.
