    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my BT app displays &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'Sorry&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, there&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'s nothing to show here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;' on the Your bills&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, Your usage and Your products pages of the mobile App and on the web version it displays the Your Bills page but when I try to open the Your Products page it closes automatically after a few seconds&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have only recently started on BT as of around 1 - 2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The broadband is working fine but the app is posing issues and also accessing TNT Sports channels often says I dont have the package (which I do) and then requires some fiddling around before playing the channel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
