Same problem I have no game pass my internet is up and running tried logging into different devices to see if that helps how do I get my game pass

Hi @ferguson8484, sorry you can't claim your Game Pass.
Are you able to view your account, bills etc, ok online?
Are you logged in on the web as the it won't be available on the app?

Yes I can view it online tried multiple devices and web browsers had my broadband just over a week know and nothing phoned customer support and they just sent me a link to download the bt app

my first is due to come out next week will that make a difference
