Parental controls not working

Hello,

Since moving to my new address in July, my parental controls have not worked. I click on to add them to my account and it gives me a pop up message to say wait 2 hours but nothing happens,???? I be tried it many times but nothing. I have factory reset my bt router however still not working, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry for the problems you're having with Parental Controls. We are very busy at present so to get this resolved as quickly as possible; give our guides in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150.

Hello,

My problem still hasn't been solved 😞. I've spoken to many of your colleagues. The BT-ID has been deleted and reset, however I still can't access the parental controls. I press activate and it come up with the green box and it does not progress any further. Help......

Hi @Hithere1231, sorry that this is taking longer than you'd hoped to get fixed. Has the technical team agreed a call back to update you on the case or has it been closed?

Tuesday I should get a callback, however I was hoping anyone else could weigh in as my problem has them stumped.
