Turn off BT Wi-Fi on Smart Hub 2

I wish to turn off BT WiFi on the hub. It is definitely 100% on as seen here:

"Click here for further details." leads to my account page where at the bottom is this:

When I phoned BT they said that "they can't turn it off"

When I complained about this they sent me a link saying I could turn it off which led to this page:

As you can see I am not opted into the BT WiFi system and yet my router is still broadcasting.

You can do it yourself via MyBT > Your products > BT WiFi - This tells me to download the BT WiFi app which then fails to sign in and redirects me to BT.com.

I have seen people managing to get it turned off on this forum, can someone please help me get it turned off.

Sorry this is my fault for not saying it in the post. When I click the "Learn More" it just leads to the page asking me to opt-in.

Regardless of what the hub says, can you actually see the BT WiFi SSID on your device?
