hey I have game pass with my package but content partner is not coming up on mybt on internet or anything I rang and spoke to someone but just get passed around again and again this my last attempt to get help with it please

hey thanks for getting back to me yes i have a mybt ID been set up and they no open orders on the account or now any outstanding bills
