I have moved your post to create your own discussion. Sorry for the problems you're having with your Xbox Game Pass subscription. Have you tried speaking with our guides in the helpdesk? They should be able to help resolve this. You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.

Give them a shout when you're free. That'd be the fastest way to resolve this as we are very busy at present and it'll take us a few days to get round to picking up your case. If you run into any bother post back and let me know.
