Hi am having trouble with the app it just dosent tell me anything .not billing my package or anything

Does is work ok if you view it on the web? www.bt.com/mybt
Do you have multiple accounts linked to your BTID, particularly old closed accounts?

No don't have multiple accounts am a new customer and am having so many problems one of the discs we have is broken but I don't have all day too sit on the phone to various companies about different things

Can you view your account online as per @JohnC2 previous post? With the disc, have you tried resetting it? Are you having problems connecting to it or registering it? Can you give us more detail on the problem you're having?
