Game pass wrong code

Recently upgraded broadband and package included xbox game pass ultimate. The code provided is for the USA region and does not work. Changing regions manually makes no difference. Can someone please send me the correct code. P.s. my contract is with BT, not Microsoft.

I've not come across this happening before. Have you claimed this game pass though the content partners section of your MyBT account? www.bt.com/mybt

Yes as per instructions ....link in email to bt...petered taken to Microsoft code self populated and states at that stage it is USA region code. Pressing enter confirms code is USA and not for my region I.e. UK
