I cant find the partner site to redeem my Xbox pass, can anyone help?

Check you are looking on the web as the section won't show on the app.

Hi @Donniee, thanks for getting back to me.
There are a few more things to to check as they could prevent the section showing.
Do you have an old account(s) linked to your BTID?

Has the first bill been paid more than 48hrs ago?

Hi @JohnC2 I have one email attached to my account but the Xbox pass email went into another email account of mine 🤷‍♀️ When I upgraded In August the bills have been paid since then.

Hi @Donniee,

It sounds like you have a different email as your contact email for notifications for orders and potentially a different email for your BTID.

You would be using your BTID to find it. I'll send you a private message so we can pick this up and look into it for you.
