BT Cloud Sync Folder

I want to change the BT Cloud Sync folder to a different drive.

I have disabled BT Cloud sync, but the path in the box underneath is greyed out and won't let me change it.

Help please.

Hi @Tony07 Have you followed the steps that are shown on page 36 of the Cloud user guide to change the folder location?

I can't open a BT Cloud dashboard that looks like the one in the User Guide?
