&lt;P&gt;Sorry you can't get the Norton activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would you check that you've only 1 account on your BTID as an old account can cause issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also check that you've claimed the Account Holder status on the BTID.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was this ever fully resolved, as I have the exact same issue, just a message box with the word pending, and a blue bar scrolling left and right. This happened prior to me uninstalling it, and after reinstallation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
