BT virus protect by Norton. Server Error message when trying to download. Just get server error when I follow the link to Norton. I have acquired a few BT profiles over the years but only one for Broadband. Information from this forum suggested it could be causing the issue preventing download? How can I resolve this ?

To be honest you don't really need Norton.

If you have a windows 10 or windows 11 PC Microsoft Defender is a perfectly fine antimalware which will stop most things

Thanks for your reply. I have windows 11 with defender but thought Norton may be a better option. If its going to be a protracted problem I'll stick with Defender.
