Content partner section missing

Hi,

i am missing the content partner section from My BT to claim Xbox, as far as im aware i dont have two accounts but it is possible. can someone help please.

Hi @Jas66Fol, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

You can check if there is another account linked to your BTID when you login in the box with the account number will have a drop down option beside it to show any other accounts if they are linked,

If you've just been activated then it's likely that your first bill hasn't been collected yet. If so the section should be available a few days after the payment is collected.
