Xbox Gamepass not showing up

I have read through previous threads to help find where i can get my free 12 month xbox game pass, but it is nowhere to be seen. My account may have a problem where it isnt showing. Need help.

Do you have more than 1 BT account number?

when was your activation date?

has your first bill been paid?

You need to access MYBT using pc\laptop not using app

I only have 1 BT number

Activation date was Oct 31st

First bill hasnt been paid yet i think

I was accessing the MyBT website on my pc but still didnt show up.

I got an email a few days ago to tell me I could claim the Xbox pass but I dont see it.

If you have read other posts like yours you will see you need to wait longer after activation and your first bill needs to be paid before you will see 'content partners'appear in your MYBT
