      <title>Xbox game pass not showing up after just purcharing a package with 12 months of free game pass</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new custormer, just got the 900mbps full fiber deal with 12 months of Xbox game pass yet I can not see the addon anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;After a bit of searching I found this related comunity&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/Holding-Archive/Xbox-Game-Pass-Ultimate-on-BT-Broadband/td-p/2156562" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;post&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; After trying to follow the guide in the post and clicking on the link which should have taken me directly to the game pass, I was greeted with this pop up message on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-11-06 at 12.20.12.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/82281i612C707467EDE463/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-11-06 at 12.20.12.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-11-06 at 12.20.12.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;This is my first time with BT (so this is the only account I have), I already have doublechecked under billing that this account is being charged for the full fiber and I have not taken the BritBox trial (nor have I even seen this option anywhere).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;So I was wondering if anyone here can help me with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Thanks in advance,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Dumitru&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Activation was on the 31st of October 2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first bill not paid yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;using desktop browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i believe the order is complete&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ah! also forgot to mention. On the 31st I got an email saying that my xbox game pass is ready to use and gave me the same link from the forum post linked above&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
