    <description>&lt;P&gt;As with others from the moment it upgraded to this new version, it has been extremely unstable. I have now uninstalled and reinstalled twice and despite two clear days of no issues 'the unexpected error' has recurred tonight. The previous version created zero problems so this is a pain. My machine details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edition Windows 11 Home&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version 22H2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed on 22/09/2022&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS Build 22621.2506&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The App is worse than useless if it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled regularly, so a fix is urgently required I would suggest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Cloud 22.12.33 not working  ERROR UN1</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT Cloud on my Windows laptop was upgraded to version 22.12.33 on 26 October 2023 and has stopped working. When I check if anything is syncing I see a buttom which says resume syncing. When I click this nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Just an update from me. BT are still trying to resolve my UN1 issue. No one there so far knows what it means!! I’m now on my 4th team looking into it. I hope your issue has been resolved more successfully.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to BT’s technical team on the weekend. There are a number of people experiencing this problem but they haven’t been able to find out what is causing it yet. They took a video screenshot of my logging in script to see if it showed what the issue was. Hopefully that will help them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I too received this error after BTCloud asked to re login via browser presumeably after a W10 update...so I uninstalled BT Cloud app, restarted PC then down loaded and&amp;nbsp; reinstalled app (exactly same version as was previously installed). Logged into app and all now seems normal....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lied....No it's not, BTcloud stopped again with same error when trying to re-login, seems to still be working on my other devices so maybe an issue with a specific windows update and certain machines...sorry for raising hopes!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Add my vote to this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTCloud 22.12.33 keeps crashing with an error message "An error occurred"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I re-installed 22.12.11 (the last version) and it worked for a while, until it auto updated to 22.12.33; which promptly crashed &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So 22.12.33 is a faulty version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running Windows 11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please fix this fault&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Martin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Uninstalled, downloaded from &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/cloud/download" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/cloud/download&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but this is now giving version 22.12.33&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same issue "Unexpected error"&amp;nbsp; and not syncing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried logging in to My BT from home page but getting error message website taking to long to respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manage to log on to BT Cloud via browser and option to download desktop app is also 22.12.33&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a problem with the BT Network ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this can be fixed quickly or revert to previous version that was working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Ian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I powered my Laptop on and BT Cloud updated to 22.12.33.&amp;nbsp; Created a couple of files and they uploaded.&amp;nbsp; It was only when I looked in the Forum that I saw others were having problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I powered up my Windows 10 Desktop and it duly updated BT Cloud. Ran Belarc and it uploaded the pdf file o.k. Checked on the Laptop and it had downloaded there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laptop is running Windows 11&amp;nbsp; 22621.2428 and &amp;nbsp; Desktop (RTLs_A97LE_PC) is running Windows 10 19045.3570.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can also log into the Cloud on a browser--no problem there.&amp;nbsp; I only use Sync with BT Cloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try my other two desktops which are also on Windows 11 tomorrow but so far it all seems o.k.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="BT Cloud 2212.33" style="width: 352px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/82253iABFF2C9AF367FE30/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-11-02 221231.png" alt="BT Cloud 2212.33" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;BT Cloud 2212.33&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Interesting, perhaps it works for you as you only use Sync - I backup multiple folders. Also cannot log in to MY BT.</description>
