      <title>BT Cloud App stopped Working Samsung Galaxy S23 Android 13</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using the BT Cloud App okay for as long as I can rememeber - I say okay, there have been some uploading issues but that seems to have been resolved in recent updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when I open the app I am just faced with a spinning black circle, I've left the app running for a LONG time but it does not get any further. There are no other buttons to press, all I can do is close the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 or 4 times now and its still the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There doesnt seem to be any posts with anyone having the same problem. &lt;P&gt;That is a strange one. I haven't seen that particular issue myself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To rule out an account issue, can you log in ok at &lt;A href="https://btcloud.bt.com/web/login" target="_blank"&gt;https://btcloud.bt.com/web/login&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried doing it on my phone browser which took me back to the App and the spinning circle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Done it via PC browser and I'm faced with 'Sorry there was a problem. Please try again later. Error code UN1'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Mrs seems to be able to access it with no problems on the App on her iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
