I have received both a text and an email from BT to redeem my xbox game pass offer but when I follow the instructions I am unable to find the link on the Web page.

Thanks for posting about the Xbox pass. Can you just confirm, have all the orders closed and the first bill been paid?

Just had my 1st bill through today but everything else is complete.

Thanks for confirming that @TerryOC1989 .

Once the bill is paid you should see the partner content on your BTiD were you can claim the Xbox pass. It usually takes aroung 24 - 48 hours. Let me know if there are any problems.
