I have no idea which board covers BT Cloud so my apologies.

I have had BT Cloud for many years but have not found it very user friendly, however I decided it was time to have another go.

I had uploaded many files some time ago and thought I'd see how BT Cloud handled them. In music I have a large number of discs with about 10 hours of music. I checked my Cloud and music discs, one CD I have had 24 tracks on it. On BT Cloud there are over 200 tracks listed for that single disc, one track is listed about 10 times on one page, and other tracks similarly listed multiple times.

The same disc I have backed up on Dropbox, no duplication's or multiple tracks listed. 1 disc, 24 tracks listed. Job done.

Is this a quirk of BT or am I doing something wrong to end up with so many listing/copies of one track?
