Gamepass not an option

After getting my BT broadband, I was told I can get 6 months of gamepass ultimate for free, but I can't find the 'Content Partner' section that was specified in the email, I also cannot find any option for the free gamepass on the app or website.

If only activated recently then you need to wait until your order shows as completed in MYBT. you also have to have paid your first bill before you will see 'content partners'

So just keep checking using pc/laptop not the app until it appears
