Unable to unlink my microsoft xbox game pass account without a bt account

Hi, I bought a xbox gamepass 1 month code and now it says that my account is managed by bt and I cannot cancel my subscription. I called microsoft and they told me that BT should be responsible of unlinking my microsoft account.

I'm not a BT customer so I'm unable to access to any account settings to unlink it.

Can you help me?

I just signed up in my xbox account and used a gamepass code bought in a website. Now my xbox account is linked to a bt account that is not mine.

Bit concerning a code bought online might have been connected to a BT account, I've sent a pm asking for details maybe we can get your Xbox account freed up for you.
