I'm experiencing an issue with my router suddenly acting as a hotspot and broadcasting 2 EE SSIDs. I visited BT and opted out of&amp;nbsp; BT Wi-fi, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem. I contacted support, but they were unable to fix the issue. Instead, they changed my custom SSID, which was quite frustrating. I lodged a complaint, but it hasn't been resolved yet. They closed the complaint without resolving the issue or allowing me to opt-out of BT Wi-fi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please assist me or direct me to someone who can help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
