Xbox Game Pass

I upgrade my package on Friday 1st Dec, which went live today (4th Dec) with 12 month xbox game pass for free. When I went to activate after I followed the instructions on the xbox welcome email and its show that the pass expires on the 4/1/24 and will renew for £10.

I've spoken to abour 3 people on the phone and chat and they dont understand!! that this hasn't been activated on my account!

I just know that I will be charged for this when it should be free!

Did you activate your free pass by going to MYBT and then'content partners' and following the link? If so the pass is only shown for a month at a time and renews monthly until your free term expires

Yep I did all that shows as a monthly fee. My brother has the same and his end date shows as 29/111/24 and an end date
