      <title>Another Xbox Pass Account Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the 12 month pass offer that I redeemed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Managing my subscription passed to BT/EE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set to not renew.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT add on product has expired 10 days ago, it's not on my BT account page, I only have the option to add it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Microsoft account still says managed by BT and I can't manage it there, I can't manage it in BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microsoft advise account is fine but I still can't manage it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do to get control of my account back from BT?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="mINpPUD" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/82527iB034FDBD8DF2F656/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="mINpPUD" alt="mINpPUD" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
