    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I have been trying to log into BT cloud, however I get an error message stating "Something went wrong BT cloud is no longer available. Error code &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;MBB3&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;01&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had BT broadband and use the cloud for many years. I am the main account holder and my wife is a registered user. We have both been using the cloud with our separate email addresses with no problem for many years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My access is perfectly okay still, but when my wife logs in with her email address and password she gets the message as mentioned above and the error code MBB3-01.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this situation, as well as the cloud, not backing up, access to stored files on that account are unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anybody got any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
