Parent control not working

Moving to a new house then all of sudden BT parental controls are not working - rebooting, adding website to blocking..... its nightmare especially with young kids in family!!! Need address asap pls.

Hi @phillipluy,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if the Parental Controls aren't working following your home move. If you haven't tried already, could you please try turning off Parental Controls and turning them back on?

Log in to My BT with your BT ID
Scroll down to the 'My Extras' section and click Personalise your settings in the 'Parental Controls' panel
Slide the button to ‘Off’ in the BT Parental Controls section and your BT Parental Controls will be switched off

To turn them back on slide the button to ‘On’. It’s that simple and any settings you have saved will be restored
It may take up to 10 minutes for filters to be applied to an active browser session.

Please give that a go and let me know how you get on.

No it does not work. Have tried many times: on/off, reboot... not work at all.

Also there is NO 'My extra' section on logon page. it's under

Get more from My BT

then Your security to locate the parent control..
