&lt;P&gt;do you have more than 1 BTID?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you need to wait until cooling off period over&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have you paid first bill&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you need to use pc/laptop not app to access content partners&lt;/P&gt;</description>
