At the time my upload speed was under 10 and was causing problems with apps on my firestick which was improved with the assistance from BT. Since then when I try the speed test it starts but at 20%I either get a message that unable to find router or sorry we have a problem unable to test. Using the trouble shooter tells me my speeds could be improved but does not provide what speeds at my router. I've restarted the router and checked filters etc but I always get the same message could be improved.
