BT-Norton Remove device

These are the steps below to remove your device.

Log in to My BT
Select Your Security in the top menu bar
Find the BT Virus Protect tile and select Manage
Go to the Device Security page
Click the More options icon (. . .) below the device you want to remove
In the menu that appears, select Remove Device and click Remove on the confirmation screen

But recently, the remove device is not an option, the only option that is now showing is Rename.
